Taste the Rainbow

A week or so ago, ProfessionalDQ posted this video on YouTube and it inspired me to do these nails.

What? All this for one mani?! Yup! Including a red acrylic paint that didn't make it into the picture!! ^.^

So I started out with a white french tip in Sally Hansen Whirlwind White, then striped it neon rainbow using Milani Tropical Fiesta (pink), Kleancolor Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, and Neon Green, Sally Hansen Blue Me Away!, and Color Club Pucci-Licious (purple). The next step was to add zebra stripes over that with black acrylic paint.

Idk why the pictures won't load rightside up on here. It will load them sideways or upside down. Won't let me rotate them after they're loaded either. -.-

I decided to do the icing in pastel colors with mixtures of acrylic paint instead of white, and did the sprinkles with all the polishes. Each cupcake got sprinkles in every color except whatever the color its icing was.

I took these pictures with my phone, and they're all sideways! -.- I guess this is a lesson to always use the camera. Apparently Blogger likes to fight with phone pics! Lame...

That's it! These are super fun to do and I love how they came out!! ^.^

My only complaint is that, after I finished them, I am kind of wishing I would have alternated the cupcake papers between zebra stripes and leopard spots. Oh well.

What do you think? Do you love this look as much as I do?!

Buenos días. =)
