Stamped Snowflakes on a Sparkly Pink Background
I loved my glowing beauty from yesterday so much that I wanted to keep it a while longer and decided to do some stamping on top.
For the snowflakes, I used Bundle Monster plates BM319 and BM14, as well as Salon Express plate SE19.
I started with my base mani from yesterday of Kleancolor Neon Pink and two coats of Sally Hansen Diamonds, then added a coat of China Glaze Techno, and stamped on top with Born Pretty Store's white stamping polish, then finished everything off with a coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri fast drying topcoat.

Kleancolor Neon Pink + Sally Hansen Diamonds
Considering the bottle makes this polish look all wonky and separated, it applies solid. In fact, all of the Kleancolor neon polishes I have look like this and I have no idea why. I can shake them like crazy, and it does no good. I suppose as long as they go on like they should, though, it is alright.
This one is Neon Pink. Such an original name.
I layered a couple of coats of Sally Hansen Diamonds on top. This is one of my all-time favorite glitter topcoats! I have gone through, I believe, 3 bottles, and am due for another soon!

Born Pretty Store Flocking Powder Review
This was my first shot at flocking powder nails, and instead of a full mani, I though black, furry, velvet tiger stripes on an orange background would be cute! I leaned some things that are in no way fault of the product. I did my pinky first and discovered that when using the powder, you have to leave a little extra playing room or it'll look squished in there and messy. So I did the stripes on my middle finger thinner and further apart. Having thin stripes, not as much of the product stuck so they weren't as velvety.
So I haven't quite found the happy medium with this stuff yet when it comes to nail art. The full-nail look is spectacular, though! This stuff is so fine that I didn't have any issues at all with bald spots or pieces being too large to stick to the polish! As with all flocking powder, it's not ideal to wear as a manicure for more than a few hours (for me anyway), but that's no fault of the company, that's flocking powder in general! I did, though, have the greatest few hours of petting my nails! Surprisingly that didn't make the powder rub off either! ^.^

Halloween-themed Water Marble with Ghosts
I haven't done water marbling in quite a while, so I decided to pull out a few classic Halloween colors (Kleancolor Neon Orange, a black, and Pure ICE Wild Thing) and give it a go. This is what I ended up with:

Taste the Rainbow
A week or so ago, ProfessionalDQ posted this video on YouTube and it inspired me to do these nails.
What? All this for one mani?! Yup! Including a red acrylic paint that didn't make it into the picture!! ^.^

Have you ever seen a tangerine peacock?
The tangerine that I showed you yesterday needed a little extra to prolong it's existence.
I looked at my Sally Hansen greens, then back at my nails. Back at some teals and limes, back at my nails; and thought "peacock".
So I pulled out my Bundle Monster plates and got to work.
I used Sally Hansen Thinking of Blue to do the stamping, then dotted in the middles of the stamp with Thinking of Blue (dark blue), Fairy Teal (teal) and Grass Slipper (lime green). The pattern stamp is from plate BM 212 and the peacock is from plate BM 15.
I consider this one to be a fail because it turned out looking absolutely nothing like I had planned. I looked at my nails, imagined the stamp and other colors and it looked great. But it just didn't end up coordinating and looking how I imagined. I am thinking it's the orange background that I am having a problem with.

2012 Color Trends
Holly from Hooked contacted me about participating in a big presentation, if you will, of 2012 nail polish color trends!
Each color is going to be featured on different blogs today, and I will be showing you tangerine, a bright, bold, but not too Halloweeny, redish orange.

Celebration in the Sky
This manicure took a really long time to complete and required quite a few polishes!
I started off with a coat of Pure ICE Electric!, a black with silver shimmer. Then I used Bundle Monster image plate BM02 and put 2-3 different colors over the image that looked fireworkish and stamped it multiple (maybe too many) times! =P
The firework colors include Sally Hansen Grass Slipper, Lacey Lilac and Blue Me Away!, Kleancolor Neon Pink and Neon Yellow, and L.A. Colors Sea Siren (pictured left to right in the last photo).
I tried this look out a couple of different ways, with lots of fireworks per nail, and with just a few per nail, but I like both ways, I don't know which I like the most! It's just so colorful and fun!!
