Parrot Polish Haul - Live Swatches & Review

Every review I've seen of Parrot Polish has been nothing but positive: from product to customer service, and everything in between! So of course I wanted to jump on the bandwagon and check them out for myself!

I picked up five polishes: one holo with extra plain glitters in it, two thermals, and two glow-in-the-dark polishes that actually glow the same color as the polish instead of the usual green/yellow.

First the packaging. I didn't take a picture of the fronts of the boxes my polishes came in, but they have a palm tree cutout on the front! We all know I love palm trees! Normally I would just trash the boxes, but I like these ones, and am actually displaying them with the polishes since the names of the polishes are also on the tops of the boxes.

I have pictures of two of my swatches, and a live application, plus my thoughts, of all of them in the video at the end.

Up first is Abyssia: a pretty silver holo with a strong rainbow sparkle, and small red, gold, and blue glitters mixed in. I needed two coats for opacity with this one.

I wasn't sure if I'd really like this one or not. It is definitely different with other glitters mixed in with the holo. I went ahead and got it, and it actually is growing on me, I think it looks pretty neat and I'd like to pick up it's sister holo/glitter mix!

The other polish I swatched and got pictures of is Black Cherry: a blackened purple to bubblegum pink thermal. Also a two-coater. On my middle two nails I added a sheer pink shimmer with fuchsia flakes. This sparkly polish has no name, it was a mini tester I was sent for free with my order.

Black Cherry is a gorgeous vampy purple when it is cold, and transitions to a pretty gummy pink when its warm.

To see what the front of the packaging looks like with the palm tree cutout, the other three polishes I bought, a swatch of the free mini polish by itself, and one other cute extra I got in my order, check out my live swatch video:
