We have Valentine's Day manis for Twinsie Tuesday!
This design uses China Glaze Elfing Around, and I tried out some fine-point paint pens in black and white for the letters, decorated with Zoya Sweet.
I do like the paint pens but your polish has to be 100% dry to use them. The tips don't stay super fine for very long, either. But they are pretty easy to use on nails! I experienced absolutely zero smearing with them when I applied topcoat, but you can get blobs of runny paint if you're not careful or press down with the tip too hard. I made that mistake and ended up having to redo one whole nail! But they are easy to get the hang of so you don't have any paint leaking out!
