It is no surprise that I defaulted back to my safe zone of blues and went with this one. Plus, with a name like Phallic, how can you resist?!
For a pretty polish with a not-so-pretty price tag, I would expect this to be no more than a one-coater with a fabulous brush! The brush was pretty thin, though, and not very flexible, and it took two coats for full coverage. Eh.
This is the first, and probably the only, Illamasqua that will be seen on this blog. Not necessarily because of the brush or application, but because I am no polish snob. I hate paying $6 for a bottle of polish, let alone $14!
On a brighter note, Phallic dried super fast and is ridiculously pretty! Although topcoat is a must for a nice, shiny finish!
