Meh. I don't know about this one...
I want to like it, but I am having a hard time doing so.
It is just so delicate that it barely shows up. There are weird pieces that are 100 times bigger than the rest of the shimmers and they don't fit with the mix.
Maybe I'll have to try it over a different base!
