Burnt Newspaper Nails

I've always wanted to do newspaper nails since the fad began years ago. I never got around to it, though.

A while later, I was given a Fing'rs kit with water decals, one of them being a newspaper decal. So I started thinking about ways I could use that decal to do newspaper nails, but I wanted something not so traditional and plain. Enter this idea!

Barielle Spring Velvets Collection 2014


With the start of a new week, I have a new polish collection to share with you!

This is Barielle's Spring Velvets collection for 2014. There are six polishes in it and I am showing them all without topcoat. They also have another six for the upcoming season and those are called the Spring Vibrants.

Born Pretty Store Review - 3D Teardrop Stones

Born Pretty Store sent me some really pretty teardrop stones to show you! I'm actually not sure what to call these. They aren't studs, but they're not exactly stones, either. They're just 3D nail decoration pieces. The pattern I have is a clear (changed a bit because of the base color) and black marbely design.

Busy Girl's Summer Nail Art Challenge - Gradient



I love the reciprocal gradient look, so with Sally Hansen Lickety-Split Lime (green), Claire's Breakfast at Tiffany's (aqua), and Wet'n'Wild Casting Call (dusty mauve), and some striping tape, I went for a non-traditional reciprocal gradient.

Rubbery Ruffian

Today I have Mod Mauve to show you. This one is very unique to my collection. It has an almost rubbery, semi-matte finish and I actually like it a lot! This was another surprising 1-coater, so for $1, I approve! =D
