The Digit-al Dozen does Spring: Day 1 - Rhinestone Flowers on Pink Gel Polish w/ BPS Review

Press Sample

For the first day of Digit-al Dozen Spring Week, I have a simple design to share.

A little bit of a combo post today, I received one of Born Pretty Store's light-curing gel polishes for review, and thought I'd pair it with some cute flower rhinestones for the spring touch.

I needed two coats of the gel polish for opacity. It cured fine in a 30-second LED light, with a matte finish, and no dispersion layer. To seal the rhinestones in place, I added Seche topcoat over the gel.

Quick and easy to kick off the week. I wanted to get creative and stay away from so much of the typical floral art this week, but I kind of accidentally kept doing flowers because I couldn't come up with anything else. Oops!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my floral week, and don't forget to check out all the other DD'ers below to see their spring designs!
