Born Pretty Store Review - Pastel Round Studs

When I saw this video tutorial by Juliatmll, I fell in love with it and had to recreate the look! So I decided to make my version pastel, and use some pastel circular studs from Born Pretty Store that they sent me to review.


I started out with five pastel polishes: Kleancolor Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, Pastel Orange, and Blackheart Beauty Pastel Green; and then freehanded vertical strips of color, in different orders, on each nail. I applied nine large black dots with acrylic paint to each nail, and connected them with lines, to which I added pastel studs, then put smaller black dots in the blank areas. This is such a funky pattern and I just love how it turned out! 

The studs were a perfect size at 2mm for this look. They stayed on really well and laid flat.


You can check out these pastel studs here. They come in a wheel with six colors of pastel circles and six colors of pastel squares. The wheel contains a total of approximately 400 studs, and retails for $7.59 USD.

I wasn't aware of this, so I haven't tried it, but both their pastel and neon studs are also fluorescent! Which just makes them a thousand times more awesome than they were before!! ^.^
