Twinsie Tuesday: Shattered Glass - Cellophane Nails

I've decided this look falls somewhere between bubble nails and crackle polish on the "BLECH!! GET IT OFF MY NAILS!!!" scale. Surprisingly, I can actually make crackle polish look good with some creativity. I have done it before. This though? Nuh-uh. I was over it before it ever even started.

Valentine's Textured Rays (Twinsie Tuesday: Anti-Valentine's Day)

I wasn't really sure what to do for "anti-Valentine's" nails today, so I just defaulted back to a design I've done before (here and here), but in more holiday-appropriate colors, while still trying to keep it on the darker side of the holiday.

Mommy's Mani Monday - Toys: Tetris

For this week's Mommy's Mani Monday "toys" theme, I went with a video game that was one of my favorites to play as a kid.

I used Zoya Imogen as my base, and neon square studs for a game of Tetris on my tips!

Granny Smith Apples

I'm sure you're as sick as I am of seeing apple manis lately. Especially with the back-to-school season. I have a good explanation for mine, though, and it has nothing to do with education!

I ordered some polishes from Nail Honey, and when I received them, this particular polish was calling to me the most: Moth Amor. When I began putting it on my nails, it immediately screamed "Granny Smith apple" to me, so I had to oblige, and create some delicious apples with it.

For starters, I needed three thin coats to make this polish opaque. It dried quickly, though, without a bubble in sight! It applied evenly, smooth, and was all-around great to work with.

Facebook Nails

I did these nails about two months ago when I reviewed this plate from Born Pretty Store. I actually completely forgot about the mani, then as the weather started to warm up and I got busier outside of nails, I never had time to edit the pictures or write up the post.

Nevertheless, here it is today finally!

Zoya - Cosmo

Of Zoya's Magical Pixie Dusts, I think Cosmo has to be my favorite!

These aren't brand new polishes from Zoya, but they still are on the newer side.

Twinsie Tuesday - Gifted Polish

For this week's theme, my gifted polish is a lemming I've been dying for forever, Maybelline Blue Marks the Spot from Heather, which inspired me to try out a treasure map mani.

CATS Logo Mani

A couple weeks ago on IG, a bunch of us did a tribute to jamylyn_nails by recreating one of her manis. Being that CATS is one of my favorite, if not my definite favorite musical, I knew I had to recreate Jamy's CATS logo mani as my contribution!

Zoya Mix 'n' Match: Raven, Skylar, and Tomoko - Untriedicure #1

I got out Zoya Tomoko because I haven't worn it yet. It is absolutely amazing! Like liquid diamonds. SO gorgeous! This is one I would definitely consider a must-have. Even if you don't like textured polishes, use a topcoat. The true beauty of this polish can only be fully seen in person!

Anyway, we all know that I'm allergic to wearing plain, one-color manis. So I grabbed a couple more from the Zoya shelf (Skylar also being an untried, and Raven), and just started doing random dotting and stripes. This is what I ended up with:
