This is another one of those 'jumping on the bandwagon' manis

I went from this:

...to this:

And I love how it turned out!! ^.^

For this look, I laid down a base of Milani Tropical Fiesta, Kleancolor Neon Yellow, and Sally Hansen Blue Me Away!, all covered in a coat of Wet'n'Wild Hallucinate glitter. I put on some striping tape, painted the black (Sally Hansen Black Heart), then removed the tape.
