A Weekly Dose of Rainbows: Celestial Rainbow

This week's A Weekly Dose of Rainbows theme was to do a celestial or galactic rainbow. I used a few primary colors sponged around for my galaxy.

I started with a base of Pro Nail Lacquer The Little Black Dress, colored with Orly Tennis Ball Neon, Island Girl Diamond Head Breeze, and Formula X Zing, all topped with Zoya Monet.
